Dos aspectos que se deben comprobar en todo proyecto geot\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n<p>Los terrenos susceptibles a la meteorizaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica r\u00e1pida de la roca, son:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Halita o sal de roca<br \/>\n&#8211; Yeso<br \/>\n&#8211; Creta &#8211; vulgarmente llamado tiza<br \/>\n&#8211; Piedra caliza y dolomita<\/p>\n<p>que combinadas con el flujo de agua, hace que se produzcan disoluci\u00f3n de la roca, form\u00e1ndose numerosas cavidades. De la misma forma, las cavidades rellenas de suelo tambi\u00e9n son peligrosas para las fundaciones y las excavaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Las f\u00f3rmulas qu\u00edmicas de la disoluci\u00f3n de estas rocas son:<\/p>\n<p>Halita &#8211; 2 NaCl + 2 H2O \u2014 Cl2 + H2 + 2 NaOH<\/p>\n<p>Yeso &#8211; CaSO4 &#8211; 2 H2O \u2014 Ca2 + SO4 + 2H2O<\/p>\n<p>Creta \/ Caliza &#8211; CaCO3 + H2O + CO2 \u2014 Ca(HCO3)2<\/p>\n<p>La localizaci\u00f3n de estos dep\u00f3sitos suele ser conocida, por lo que en la etapa del Estudio de Gabinete, se puede conocer de la existencia de este tipo de riesgo geol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>Los dep\u00f3sitos de halita, yeso, creta y caliza o dolomitas, suelen estar indicados en los mapas geol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>La detecci\u00f3n de cavidades se suele hacer mediante estudios geof\u00edsicos como: s\u00edsmica (crosshole), resistividad (tomograf\u00eda), y georadar.<\/p>\n<p>La remediaci\u00f3n de este tipo de riesgos geol\u00f3gicos se puede lograr mediante: el control del flujo del agua.
