La profundidad de la investigaci\u00f3n geot\u00e9cnica seg\u00fan el C\u00f3digo T\u00e9cnico de la Edificaci\u00f3n (CTE) en Espa\u00f1a se establece para asegurar que se obtenga una comprensi\u00f3n adecuada de las condiciones del subsuelo en el emplazamiento de una construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

A seguir, una orientaci\u00f3n general basada en las pr\u00e1cticas est\u00e1ndar y los conocimientos hasta esa fecha.<\/p>\n

El CTE, en su Documento B\u00e1sico SE-Cimientos (DB SE-C), especifica que las investigaciones geot\u00e9cnicas deben ser suficientemente profundas para caracterizar las propiedades del suelo y del subsuelo que afectar\u00e1n al comportamiento de las cimentaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  2. Presencia de capas compresibles o susceptibles a asientos:<\/strong> Si se identifican capas de suelo compresible, la investigaci\u00f3n debe extenderse m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de estas capas para evaluar su espesor total y las propiedades de las capas subyacentes.<\/li>\n
  3. Condiciones geol\u00f3gicas y topogr\u00e1ficas:<\/strong> La presencia de laderas, cuerpos de agua cercanos, fallas geol\u00f3gicas o variabilidad en la topograf\u00eda del sitio puede requerir investigaciones m\u00e1s profundas para entender completamente las condiciones del subsuelo y los riesgos geot\u00e9cnicos asociados.<\/li>\n
  4. Experiencia previa y datos existentes:<\/strong> La informaci\u00f3n de construcciones adyacentes y estudios geot\u00e9cnicos previos puede ayudar a determinar la profundidad adecuada de la investigaci\u00f3n en un nuevo proyecto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
